The Stock Board Gadget lets you keep an eye on how your stock are doing in real-time. You add your stocks with purchase costs and it will show you your profit or loss.

Have used and loved this gadget for years. Suddenly the quotes were wrong. Found the following. Problem solved.
Gadget / Yahoo Issue
An issue just started around 9/8/2010 or so where the Stock Board gadget appears to not be working properly. The issue appears as if stock data is being displayed for the wrong stocks and/or one of the stocks on your list is missing.
This only seems to happen when you have the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI) on your list of stocks/symbols to track.
The gadget gets its data from Yahoo Finance and Yahoo seems to have just stopped sending data for the Dow Jones Industrial Average (^DJI)…if you remove that symbol from your list of symbols the gadget should work fine. The ^DJI symbol still works on Yahoo’s website but not through their automated .CSV based data feed that the Stock Board gadget uses.
Yahoo has stated to me that “The limitation you are encountering is due to restrictions by the Dow Jones Index. Yahoo! is no longer able to provide Dow Jones Index data in this manner.”
It does appear that the symbol INDU also shows the stats for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and is still working with the Yahoo Finance data feed. Feel free to try that but no guarantee that Yahoo will keep that working.
Thanks for using my gadget and sorry for the inconvenience caused by Yahoo!
