System Volume Gadget
This small and compact gadget lets you change your system volume with ease. It displays your selected volume in windows with nice graphics and also has meters for actual volume output for left and right channels. The volume can be changed by either clicking the volume bar or scrolling with the mouse wheel. A middle click on the gadget will mute the volume completely.
There are 50 different skins to choose from when configuring this gadget, so It’s bound to fit in nicely to the rest of your windows 7 desktop gadgets.

This gadget really messed me up. 2 times my volume wouldn’t work I tried everything. Finlay I deleted it and walla.
